Hi I would like to request for a copy of my BIR 2316 (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld) from Jan. 1, 2018-April 1, 2019.

I refer to my letter of May 30, 2021 06:19:00 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for copy of BIR 2316 (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld).
