Dear Mr. Cabrera:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated August 24, 2021, regarding your request for the zonal values of properties located in Barangay Subukin, San Juan, Batangas. 

	Attached herewith is the Schedule of Zonal Values for Barangay Subukin, San Juan, Batangas (4th Revision).

	In addition please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph using the “Quick Links” tab for Zonal Values and by performing the following procedures: 

1. Select the RDO where the property is located; 
2. Download the “Zip Excel File” upon checking the file, it will display several sheets; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ tab as it will serve as guide on what sheet has the applicable zonal  
    Value; 	
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value; and 
5. View the municipality and barangay of your property.
