Hello. I would like to request for a document that helps us to understand why the BIR came up with the P203 billion. I read in G.R. 120880 that as of 1997, the unpaid estate tax of the Marcos Family was only P23 billion (plus the income tax deficiency of both Imelda and Former Pres. Marcos). It will really help the Filipino citizen to better understand the computations made as to why it grew from 23 billion to 203 billion.
