Dear Ms. Tanio:

I refer to my letter of Jan 03, 2024 07:03:48 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Waiver Letter in Failure to submit ITR Form.

In reply, please inform us if you have a registered business from the period of 09/01/2023 to 11/02/2023? Or were you an employee (earning purely compensation income) from the period of 09/01/2023 to 11/02/2023?
