Hi, I would like to request a copy of my ITRs as they are required for my Australian Visa Permanent Residence Application for the years 2007-2022.

Dear Mr. Marquez:

I refer to my letter of Jan 15, 2024 07:34:19 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Copies of previous ITR per year of employment.

This is in connection with your request for information, with reference number  #BIR-367020637759, for the Request for a Copy of Income Tax Return.

After careful consideration, copies of Income Tax Return (ITR) can be requested from the Revenue District Office (RDO) where the same was filed and/or submitted or to the RDO where your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is registered. You just have to submit a Signed Letter Request for the purpose. 

However, if you are referring to BIR Form No. 2316, the same shall have to be requested from your EMPLOYER since the same is the One Mandated by Law to Prepare and Provide to the Concerned Employee/s pursuant to Section 2.83.1 of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 10-2008.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 11, 2024 03:08:53 AM, your request will be closed.
