Dear Sir/Madam,

Hope you are doing well.

I am writing in through this website to request and hopefully receive a copy of my BIR 2316 form year 2022. This is for the purpose of submitting one of the employment requirement for my new employer. Regrettably, my previous employer is not able to provide me with my BIR 2316 because I'm too far to their current office location.

It would be very much appreciated if you can send me a copy via email as my employment is on the line — I have to submit this on July 1st.

I refer to my letter of Jul 06, 2023 10:43:27 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR FORM 2316.

1. Complete Name of your employer for CY 2022;
2. Employer's TIN; and
3. Employer's Business Address.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 28, 2023 05:44:54 AM, your request will be closed.
