Hi, my name is Jeun Agustero. I would like to request for my ITR 2022. Which form should I request?

My case is that I'm a mixed income earner up until September 2022 as I decided to resign and just focus on being a self employed solo entrepreneurship. I paid my taxes quarterly for my business last year and would like to know how or what form should I request for my ITR 2022. Thank you so much.

Dear Mr. Agustero:

I refer to my letter of Jan 31, 2024 10:22:04 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return for Calendar Year 2022.

We called your mobile number today (February 2, 2024) to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

In reply, please be informed that you are registered as Single Proprietor in the BIR system, kindly clarify the following:

1. What kind of Income Tax Return are you requesting from us, Is it BIR Form 
     No. 1701 or BIR Form No. 1701A?
2. When did you file your Income Tax Return?
3. Did you file it Online (Thru eBIRForms Facility) or Manually at the Revenue 
    District Office (RDO) where you are registered?
4. What is your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)?

Email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-370727770255, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 26, 2024 06:46:26 AM, your request will be closed.
