May I request your kind assistance to get a copy of my ITR Form 2316 from Year 2021 for may visa application as proof of employment for LOVELY ANNE NAÑOLA.

For my 2020 - 2021 my employer it is 'Nova Edge Technical Services Inc.'

Dear Lovely Anne Nañola:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 28, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR)/ BIR Form 2316 from Year 2020-2021.

In reply, we have noticed that you have posted as imilar request under tracking number #BIR-027463778119 which was endorsed to Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 47-East Makati last July 22, 2022.

An email reply was sent in your gmail account from Sir Gene Etorma of RDO No. 47-East Makati, quoting the following "In connection with your 2316 for the calendar year 2020 and 2021, NOVA EDGE TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. failed to file list of employees who availed of substituted filing together with the digital copy of their 2316 for the year 2020 and 2021. With regards to income tax return if your employer filed it, your tin is registered in rdo 43 and only rdo 43 personnel can check in their system if you or your employer filed an income return for your behalf. I have copy furnished Ma’am Sherry Ann D. Arcita of our conversation so that your could be forwarded to RDO 43".

In this regard, It is suggested that you request for a copy of your ITR (BIR Form 2316) from your employer (Nova Edge Technical Services Inc) as they are primary/original source of such document.
