You asked for can i get a copy of my form 1905.

Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

In this regard, we would also like to suggest to directly request it to your employer or to the concerned RDO. Kindly bring the duplicate/xerox copy with you for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the document requested as this contains sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC.
