Good afternoon.
May I please request a copy of my ITR for 2010-2013. I have lost my copies and my previous employer couldn't provide me as well.
At the very least, can I get a statement from your good office indicating that I paid tax for the years 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013? Please indicate my name and the name of my employer.
I appreciate your assistance on this matter.

Dear Ms. Reprado,
I refer to my letter of Nov 03, 2021 04:54:05 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR 2136 or ITR.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful if you could clarify to us what you really wanted to request, if it is ITR or 2316?
Furthermore, please be informed of the below procedure in ITR Filing prior to 2013:
1. The employers provide for the BIR Form 2316 to their employees after the year ends; and
2. Subsequently, all employees are required to file their returns to the RDOs where they are registered, with tax due or zero/no payment, hence, we cannot provide a copy of BIR 2316 .
Also, it would be helpful to know the following details, please email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph:
- What ITR form did you file from 2010-2013?
- Where did you file your ITR, your RDO No.
- What is your TIN?
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 27, 2022 02:15:34 AM, your request will be closed.

Hi Anna Marie,
Apologies for the confusion. To clarify, I would need a copy of my ITR from 2010-2013 as I need this as a proof of salaried income for Australian Immigration Application.
As for the ITR form that I filed, the location, RDO No. and TIN, unfortunately I don't have these details as it has been almost 9 years.
I've sent you a seperate email to give you more details that can help in locating the information needed to facilitate this request.
