    RATE YOUR REQUEST

    How was your request?

Reported RATE (Run After Tax Evaders) cases on May 14, 2020 to BIR Commissioner Caesar Dulay

Requested from BIR by E. Rodriguez at 06:47 AM on Aug 20, 2020.
Purpose: Bring to justice tax evaders/violators.
Date of Coverage: 05/14/2020 - 08/19/2020
Tracking no: #BIR-380315238122

Rodriguez 06:47 AM, Aug 20, 2020

1.To date, my communications to BIR agents, including the email address of the BIR Commissioner, after having reported RATE cases online and submitted supports, continues to be stonewalled: emails to the agency bouncing, lacking of transparency of where the filed complaints are now.
2. Seeking overdue results of investigation(s) and/or actions taken against reported violators.
