Dear Ms. Taboada,

I refer to my letter of Oct 09, 2023 08:43:05 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for My Income Tax Return Copy  for year 2019-2023.

In reply, that the result of our verification in our system, you are currently registered as local employee. You may secure your Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2316) from your employer (s) for the Calendar Years 2019 to 2023. 

Please be informed also that the available records of documents in the Revenue District Offices (RDOs) are from Calendar Years 2020 to 2022.

For clarifications, kindly email sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-381649426092, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 02, 2024 12:55:56 AM, your request will be closed.
