Good day. I would like to request for the original copy of Revenue Regulation 12-98. Unfortunately, the uploaded documents in BIR website for earlier years have been deleted and only a digest option can be found which shows the highly summarized form of the original regulation.

Kindly give us a copy so we can make a valid and good defense on our response to BIR assessments.
