Hi BIR, 

Good day.
I was advised by one of your support that 2016 ITR cannot be processed anymore as the agency has retention period.

Thank you for accommodating my previous request.

Hence, can I request only the 2019 ITR instead?

It also has one employer on that period.

3. TIN of your Employer; and
4. Address of your Employer.

You requested for a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for the year 2019.

Response to your request:

Based on the reason stated below, we resolve to deny your request as to the following information:   Copy of your BIR Form 2316 for the year 2019.

This Office does not have the information you have requested.  Verification shows that your name and/or TIN is not included in the CD containing the BIR Forms 2316 submitted by your employer for the year 2019.
