Hi,

I would like to request for my ITR for the year 2014. I do have my ITR from the same company on the year 2013 but they were not able to give me the one for 2014. This is for my immigration application.

Dear Ms. Santos,

I refer to my letter of Jan 06, 2022, 12:13:10 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. If you are asking for ITR, kindly provide us with the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as this contains sensitive information
-What ITR form did you file? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 
However, we would also like to suggest that if you know where you filed your ITR, you may directly request it to the concerned RDO, bring the duplicate/xerox copy with you for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 31, 2022, 09:50:18 AM, your request will be closed.

Hi Ms. Ana,

Good day! I refer to your reply to my request via the FOI site with tracking code #BIR-384884582226. 

For the information you are requesting, unfortunately I was not the one who filed my ITR forms but my employer at that time so I am not aware where they actually filed them, or the kind of forms they used. I may have missed mentioning that I was employed, and the ITR that I have right now for 2013 was only provided to me by them. What I do have now is my TIN, the name of my company and their address at that time. Would this information suffice?
