Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 04, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Number.

May we know your purpose in applying for a TIN Number?

Please be informed, if you are applying a TIN for Employment Purpose, your EMPLOYER shall obtain a TIN for their Employees through the eREG Portal pursuant to Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 37-2019 and MAY NOT BE DONE personally unless qualifying scenarios are met as listed in the said issuance (still it will be coursed through the Office Representative or Liaison Officer).
