June 23, 2023 Dear Mr. Rocapor: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 22, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for RDO 126 email address for RDO Change. Response to your request In reply, to know your old/previous Revenue District Office (RDO) Code you may inquire through the BIR Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module which can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph. When you already know your old/previous RDO, kindly submit your duly accomplished and signed BIR Form No. 1905 to the old/previous RDO where you are registered. The old/previous RDO shall execute the transfer of your registration within twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of BIR Form No. 1905. In case your location is relatively far from and/or unable to visit the old/previous RDO for the submission of application of transfer of registration, a faxed/email copy of BIR Form 1905, with signature and valid government issued Identification Card, may be accepted by the old/previous RDO to effect such request for transfer.
