Would like to request copy of BIR 2316 for period 2019, document required for filing annual income tax for my business.

I refer to my letter of Jan 18, 2022 09:29:00 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for REQUEST COPY OF BIR 2316 YEAR 2019.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.  In particular, it would be helpful to know your employer’s TIN, business name & address and email it atana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 13, 2022 02:34:00 AM, your request will be closed.
