Hi, I just want to ask to where I will going request for tax exemption ruling as per requirements for CAR in BIR Cavite. Your staff told me to request in municipal of bacoor but I search in googlenits different, I am bit confuse. I was processing for land title from gsis to new owner. Please give me full details and requirements. Thank you
