I refer to my letter of Aug 31, 2021 06:04:38 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Acceptable Benchmark Rates Pursuant to RMO 5-2012 (latest).

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly specify the reason for or purpose of the request for information as pursuant to rules under Sec.13.3 Standard Procedure for FOI Request to wit:” The purpose of the request for information shall be specific or adequately and sufficiently described. General averments of the purpose such as "for information," "for research," "for legal purpose," or other similarly worded purposes shall not be considered to have met the requirements of specificity. Failure to specify the reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be a ground for denial of the FOI request.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Dec 01, 2021 07:02:29 AM, your request will be closed.

Dear Oilie,

I refer to my letter of Sep 08, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Acceptable Benchmark Rates Pursuant to RMO 5-2012 (latest). In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 01, 2021.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
