Good day! I contacted Bir for my request to transfer RDO.

I am currently registered under 044 main office. I need help changing it to 041. Emailed form 1905, IDs and details. Hope to get assistance online as location is far from my residence and I need to submit updated form to my new employer tomorrow.

Response to Request

This is in connection with your request for information for the Request for Transfer of Revenue District Office (RDO) Code.

After careful consideration, please submit or email your Duly Accomplished BIR Form No. 1905 and Attach Any Government Issued I.D.s to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your TIN is registered. In your case, you are registered at RDO No. 98-Cagayan de Oro City and their email address is rdo_98css@bir.gov.ph

For assistance, you may call the Client Support Section (CSS) of RDO No. (088) 864-2144 and (088) 864-2139.

Please be guided of Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 37-2019 that transfer of registration of employee shall be transferred to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of Residence.
