In reply, your TIN Number is currently registered at Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 50-South Makati located at 30/F Export Bank Plaza Building cor. Chino Roces and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. You may send your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and two (2) valid I.D.s at rdo _50css@bir.gov.ph and request for the transfer of your TIN record to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
