Good Day,

Would like to ask some help or assistance to transfer my rdo to new rdo. No information available in bir website for rdo 126. Request to transfer to new rdo 034 and 1905 form is ready. 

Also if ever do I need to go to RDO 126 office before requesting to transfer to RDO 034? Thank you!

You may request for a Revenue District Office (RDO) Code Transfer to Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 49-North Makati (And your TIN Is NOT Registered at RDO 126). 

You may send your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and attach at least two (2) government issued I.D.s at rdo_49css@bir.gov.ph. You may get in touch with them at (02) 8524-0782 and (02) 8556-6350.
