Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 15, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Income Tax Return.

Response to your request

In reply, please be informed of Section 21.3 (c) Chapter VII-Standard Procedure for eFOI Requests of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue and it is quoted as follow:

"If the requesting party is a juridical entity, scanned copies of the original or certified true copy of the Board Resolution, Corporate Secretary's Certificate, or other Acceptable Written Document showing the authority of the representative to act in behalf of such juridical entity."

The same shall be presented and submitted to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where the company is duly registered.
