Response to your request
We were able to deterOn the other hand, the documentary requirements needed for the Processing of Application for Certificate of Exemption for Scholarship and Job/Livelihood Programs can be viewed here: mine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

However, we would like to suggest that you may just directly request to the RDO where you filed said document and bring with you your valid ID for verification/validation purposes.
