Hi! I would like to request a copy of my BIR Form 2316\ITR for the years 2012-2020. They are required for my application for Migration Skill Assessment.
I have requested from my employer/company but was advised that they no longer have copies of my BIR and were only able to provide me a copy of my ITR for 2021.
Hoping you'd be able to help me or direct me to the appropriate office that can assist me. Thank you.

I refer to my letter of Jun 30, 2022 03:28:38 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form 2316.
In connection with your request through eFOI Portal pertaining to the request for a copy of BIR Form 2316 as Substitute Income Tax Return for Taxable Year/s January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2020, kindly send us the Name of your Employer/s for the covering period, Business Address of your Employer/s and Employer/s Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). We will try to coordinate and endorse your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of your employer and where they submits their reports.
Please be informed also, that per record/files of the district office/s for the aforementioned years most likely were already sent to archive for storage as it was more than five (5) years of safekeeping, it will be practical and appropriate for you to refer to your employer and ask for the said copies where it actually originated.
Email the needed information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph. Please indicate in the subject email tracking number #BIR-395315956309, to respond.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 23, 2022 01:22:29 AM, your request will be closed.
