I would like to request a copy of my BIR 2316 from December 2020 to May 2021, this is because it is needed as part of my requirements with my new employer and I cannot start without it.

You asked for BIR 2316 Copy.

Response to your request
You may ask your employer re: BIR Form No. 2316 (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld) for January 2020 – February 2020 as this should be issued by them. As mandated by law, every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
