Hi,
would like to ask the requirements for computation of capital gains tax and documentary stamp tax? and when do we need to pay?
I bought a piece of land in panglao, Bohol and would need the requirements so that we can ask for computation. Many thanks

In reply, attached herewith is the information material (flyer) of Capital Gains Tax for your reference and perusal.

As to the computation of appropriate tax, that can be answered best by our ONETT Section of Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 84- Tagbilaran Bohol. The office address is located at M. Torralba St., Poblacion II, Tagbilaran City, Bohol. You may get in touch with the Assessment Section at (038) 235-7678.
