Hi, I would like to request the following:

1. ITR 2019 to 2020 - I think I lost my copy because of some calamity incident this last typhoon and I need to update my 201-file in our school office.

2. Also I would like to request for my COR or Certificate of Registration in BIR as a requirement for my part-time job.

Please inform us regarding my request.

Response to your request
As per our phone conversation,i advise  you need to resubmit your request to indicate that what you are requesting are copies of BIR form 2316 for 2019-2020. 
Moreover, I also informed you that for you to get a copy of COR, you must register first as self employed individual for your part-time job, hence, this request is denied.
