Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 05, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for EFPS Payment.

Response to your request

In reply, we regret to inform that we cannot provide the information requested as we do not have access to the subject companies’ eFPS account and other records.  Furthermore, we are bound by the provisions of Republic Act (R.A.) 10173 Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Section 270 of the NIRC, as amended, on unlawful divulgence of taxpayer information and such other laws relating to the confidentiality of information.

However, we refer you to the concerned Revenue District Offices (RDOs) that has jurisdiction or where this particular business taxpayer is/are registered, as they have the access to taxpayers information, including the filing of returns and payment of taxes.  The concerned RDOs will be the one to determine the propriety of the release of such information based on relevant documents supporting the particular transaction and other confidential matters falling under the exceptions to the Freedom of Information are prohibited to be released.
