Dear Sir/Madame,

My name is Joseph Issa. I am an Associate Director in Global Trade Compliance at MSD. I would like to request detailed Import Entry Data for MSD and its subsidiaries  as shown below (Entity Name & Importer ID)

Merck Sharp & Dohme IA LLC  (004-474-947-000)
Essex Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  (005-376-872-000)
Organon Philippines, Inc.  (001-504-548-000)
Schering-Plough Animal Health Inc.  (000-418-848-000)

I found Import Entry Data on  http://customs.gov.ph/import-reports/ 
but the reports don't have a data field (like Importer Name) that would help identify the importer.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from http://customs.gov.ph/import-reports/, We also like to tell you that the information you requested for Merck Sharp, Dohme IA LLC, Essex Pharmaceuticals inc., Organon Philippines Inc., and Schering-Plough Animal health Inc. is confidential and we cannot give any details regarding their importation.

Your right to request a review
