The following questions are for research purposes:

I would like to know the issues encountered by the Bureau when it comes to accrediting importers. 

1. What are the frequent problems encountered when it comes to importer accreditation?

2. What requirement/s is/are usually missing in the requirement for importer accreditation?

Unrelated to the given title:
1. What are the usual problems of Customs with DHL goods abandoned in the port?

2. Prevalence of abandonment issues in DHL?
