Hello,

I would like to ask about the restrictions/limitations of importing parts/extras for airsoft toy guns. I am talking about dummy suppressors, or internal parts, or magazines to hold BBs.

Thank you, and have a wonderful day.

Response to Request

Pursuant to PNP Rules and Regulations, any person engaged or intending to engage in the import and/or export of airsoft rifles/pistols shall first secure the corresponding Import or Export Permit (Authority to Import/Export) from the PNP-Firearms and Explosives Office (PNP-FEO) prior to the actual import or export of said items.

NOTE: The PNP-FEO does not issue an Import or Export Permit (Authority to Import/Export) to individuals who import/export airsoft gun/s for personal use. Meaning, only licensed manufacturers/dealers are allowed to import/export such commodity.

For further questions about the rules, please communicate directly with the PNP-FEO. You may reach them thru the email address polsection.fldfeo@gmail.com.
