Hi! I just want to inquire about the ff:

1. What is the procedure for filing a protest to the BOC on an assessment of a tariff duty rate applicable?
2. Where should the protest to an assessment of the Bureau of Customs be filed? Also, Do physical copies have to be filed?
3. Is there also an online process for that similar to the courts now because of the pandemic?
4. Are there any filing fees to be paid for this?

I hope you could help me with this. Thank you!
