Good day! I would like to request the following documents: 

1) Official report on smuggled rice intercepted at designated ports of entry containing the following details:  
a. Registered name of importer
b. Source country of smuggled rice 
c. Volume and value of smuggled rice

2) Official report on the disposal of intercepted smuggled rice
