I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter with a lot of hope that maybe you will be able to help me. I am not doing very well for a long time, my financial instability had hit its peak and there was a lot of burden on my shoulders and my family. I already withraw all my savings and sell my personal items to help cover the ongoing bill, since i'm still admitted in Makati Medical Center but still unable to cover the remaining balance. I was hospitalized last April 5,2022 due to Pneumonia and Immuno Compromised that leads to complications and my lungs collapsed.

Good day,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter with a lot of hope that maybe you will be able to help me. I am not doing very well for a long time, my financial instability had hit its peak and there was a lot of burden on my shoulders and my family. I already withraw all my savings and sell my personal items to help cover the ongoing bill, since i'm still admitted in Makati Medical Center but still unable to cover the remaining balance. I was hospitalized last April 5,2022 due to Pneumonia and Immuno Compromised that leads to complications and my lungs collapsed due to Pnuemotorax. Since my lungs is currently infected due to Pnuemonia I undergo a VATS surgery to removed the broken mass and cover the leaking air to which my health card has been maxed out and left me with 944,867.81 hospital bill which is still ongoing as of today since i'm still admitted for recovery to which I am unable to pay it off. I had a lot of debt to pay off and was always stressed out due to these reasons. 

I am currently not getting any income, since I am not able to work since I was admitted to help me cover the bill, food and also maintenance and medicines after admition. 

Your financial assistance would be highly appreciated.
