I have an item from Germany from my friend named Kim Suga Seok. the courier said I have to pay 5000 php for it so I paid it the same day I received the email from them.
Apparently I did receive again a new email saying I need to pay 20000 php or get anti-terrorist certificate from you guys.
To be honest I don't know what's inside the shipment until this day.
I sent an email to boc.cares@customs.gov.ph
