Good day!
I would like to request a list of BoC administrative orders, circulars, or memoranda that relate to:
1) Importation of 'remanufactured' vehicles and vehicle parts and components, in general (e.g. import quotas and other importation requirements)
2) Guidelines on importing 'remanufactured' vehicles and vehicle parts and components, in general, for commercial purposes only
I would also like to confirm whether remanufactured vehicle products (in general) fall under the coverage of both BoC CMO 21-2008 and BoC CAO No. 06, s. 2020.
