May we know if it is possible to do an importation of pharmaceutical products even if we are not the indicated as Importer in Certificate of Product Registration? We are indicated as the Distributor  in the CPR but we will attach a No Objection Certificate issued by the Importer to substantiate our role in the importation. Can you  share with us the guidelines for this? Thanks in advance.

Response to your request

Per checking with the system based on your provided TIN thru text 007 295 289 000 HEALOL PHARMA CORPORATION is activated Dated December 04, 2021, importation of it is allowed as long as the importer is accredited and comply the documentary requirements upon importation. With regards to your No Objection Certificate, this will be an internal arrangement with your importer/Mother company. On amendment of list of importables please see link for the list of requirements https://client.customs.gov.ph/kb/faq.php?id=37 and unfortunately, we can’t provide you the time frame of it as the process is done by AMO.
