Hello. I would like to request information on the following :

1. When is the effectivity of the safeguard duty of P10.00 per bag?
2. Prior to this, an P8.00 per bag was implemented beginning March. Will this be superseded?

3. Are the importers religiously paying the required safeguard duties?

Thank you very much!
