This is to recommend providing a duly signed letter request address to the Chief, Central Records Management Division and email it to boc.cares@customs.gov.ph, please indicate your address, email and contact number. Once considered, documents shall be sent via mail. PDF may not  be possible due to large volume of the requested documents.

Your right to request a review
