Hi, I received an email from your official email address (what is posted on your website) asking me to pay for tax for a parcel that I was waiting for it to be released. 

I have all details (bank account and name) also company names of those "companies" involved. Please help me.

Response to Request

Please be informed that the Bureau of Customs does not accept payment through a personal bank account or any money remittance and also the bureau's personnel does not directly communicate through phone call or text message to the consignee/recipient. Upon verification, we affirm that this is a scam. We suggest you should not give away money as your package does not really exist. For complaints against online scam, it is advisable that you may have this matter directly coordinated with the PNP Anti Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG), for appropriate action.
