Hi! I'm Hannah C. Añana from Himbangan, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. I want some help because he said he said he will call the police, parents and customs if I will not pay 10000 after I paid 3000. It's a friend on WhatsApp said that he will send a package, I don't know that I will be the one to pay. I said I'm a student and the agent said, it's okay 1000 but after I paid, he threat me to pay 2000 or call the police. Now he threat me again after scaning the box cause he said there's money inside. I'm afraid sir.

1. The Bureau of Customs does not collect payment (of customs duties and taxes) thru a personal bank account or money remittance/transfer. 
2. Customs officers do not directly communicate (thru phone call, text message, or email) with parcel recipient/s to inform them that their parcel has been held, and that a certain amount of money should be paid (thru bank deposit or money transfer) for the release of their parcel.
