Hi! I would like to request for information regarding the places/provinces where imported second hand clothes are distributed in the Philippines.

You asked for Places of distribution of imported second hand clothing in the Philippines.

Response to your request

Pursuant to the Section 118 of Customs Modernization and Tariff Act, the act is explicitly prohibited by the Republic Act 4653, importation of Textile Articles commonly known as Used Clothing and Rags to safeguard the health of the people and maintain the dignity of the nation.
