You asked for Memorandum on the Reprocessing of the One-Stop Export Documentation Center.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Attached is a copy of the Memorandum signed by Chief Gatchalian. However, we would like to clarify that all shipments processed at One-Stop Export Documentation Center (OSEDC) is only intended for recording/monitoring purposes and not for reprocessing at the Bureau of Customs.
