Storage Fee Cost Per Item - Reference Document

Requested from BOC by J. Lozares at 07:02 PM on Sep 18, 2019.
Purpose: To assess the cost of my package pending in your storage/warehouse
Date of Coverage: 09/10/2019 - 09/18/2019
Tracking no: #BOC-993910792141

Lozares 07:02 PM, Sep 18, 2019

Hello,

I have a package pending in your warehouse and I plan to send other packages in the future. I would like to know how much is the cost of a specific package once it's stored in your warehouse.

I would like to have a copy of your reference document how you assess the cost of a package while it's in the process of release.
I am expecting a kind of document that contains information like dimension or size of package and how much is the storage cost per day.

Looking forward
Jerold Lozares

Response to your request

Please be informed that the courier is solely responsible in the delivery and handling of packages. Packages are stored in the warehouse of the courier and not from the Bureau of Customs as BOC does not have warehouses to store packages.

All importations with an item total value exceeding 10,000 php are subject to payment of duties and taxes. Proof of Payments such as official receipt is required to determine the original value of the items.

All package concerns should be coordinated with the courier.
