how do i go about getting a temporary CCN? which I need to have as a requirement for logging into nsw.gov.ph website so I can apply for the NTC permit.  I already have a purchased laptop held by UPS Subic as it needs both a CCN and OMB permits.  Which agency/authority should I get in touch to submit the requiremnts so I can get a temporary CCN.
