Hi! I would like to request for a certified true copy of former customs employee Mr. Jamail A. Marohomsalic's 2015 and 2016 SALNs, to be used as documentary evidence in a civil case for adjudication and division of property upon divorce before the 13th Sharia Circuit Court Pikit, Cotabato entitled Jamail A. Marohomsalic vs. Natalie Jane S. Martinet.

With regard the request, please provide a duly signed letter request address to the Commissioner, Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero to properly endorse the request to concerned office.
