Requesting  for verification of 2 balikbayan boxes sent through Kabayan Express Cargo last 
December 4, 2022. 

We received last August 22 from Penanshin Shipping Phils. Inc., that our balikbayan boxes were  in their custody and we have to pay 10,000 pesos per box before they deliver the packages. That the boxes were abandoned by Kabayan Exp. Cargo. Last week they lowered it to 8,000 pesos per box and gave us intil friday September 29 to pay or they will waived our rights and will dispose the boxes.

Do we have to pay that much?  We want to know how the packages ended in their custody?
