I was expecting to receive a package from MR. BINGWEN DAVID WONG from UNITED KINGDOM and it was arrived on Monday 05-07-22 in Philippines
Then, I have received a text from UPS DELIVERY SERVICE that I need to pay PHP 5,000 for the import duties, airport custom charges and SF for package and so I did send them the money. but now, they replied that they have scanned my package and found US Dollar's inside the package. they are requesting me for PHP10,000 Anti-terrorist certificate? is this real? should I need to follow them because I have already paid the shipment fee.

I would like to ask if UPS DELIVERY SERVICE is a legit cargo services? who will issue the anti terrorist certificate for us to complete the transaction?
The import duties, airport custom charges and shipping fee of the package has already paid why do they require this certification?

I would like to ask if this is a legit contact number of UPS DELIVERY SERVICE from UK " +1(914) 848 5424? who will issue the anti terrorist certificate for us to complete the transaction?
Also I would like to know if the receipt I attached below is edited or not neither fake or not. I hope your immediate response. Thank you!

If the mode of payment of the said charges is through money remittance or personal bank account we affirm that this is a scam. Please be informed also that the Bureau of Customs does not accept payment through a personal bank account or any money remittance and also the bureau's personnel does not directly communicate through phone call or text message to the consignee/recipient. It is advisable that you may have this matter directly coordinated with the PNP Anti Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG), for appropriate action. Please see below links/contacts.
